Velázquez on Rosh Hashanah

Washington, DC – Rep. Nydia M. Velázquez (D-NY) released the following statement in honor of Rosh Hashanah:

"As Jewish families throughout New York City and around the world gather in the coming days to usher in the New Year, may they find joy and warmth in the festivities. As New Yorkers, Rosh Hashanah is a time for us all to reflect on the rich history and contributions of Jewish people throughout the five boroughs and our nation.
