Washington, DC – Today, Rep. Nydia M. Velázquez (D-NY) announced that an education center within New York's 7th Congressional District has received federal grants to continue its Head Start and Early Head Start programs.

Washington, D.C. – Two Members of the U.S. House of Representatives have introduced legislation aimed at ending a predatory commercial lending practice that, according to media reports, has harmed many small businesses in recent years.

Maloney (NY-12), and Jerrold Nadler (NY-10), today led a letter to Federal Aviation Administration Acting Administrator Daniel Elwell, urging the FAA to ban all non-essential helicopter flights over New York City.
